Play Maker

Play Maker has a couple options where water proofing membranes for park decks and roof tops can be provided. These are fully compatible with the acrylic finishes of the tennis court coatings.

Is a water based, highly elastic protective membrane coating. Its acrylic vehicle and special pigmentation provides exceptional adhesion, durability and water impermeability under extremes of climatic conditions and atmospheric pollution, while its inbuilt flexibility provides a highly elastic protective skin which moves with the substrate without cracking.
Has excellent resistance to dirt pick up and significantly reduces surface temperature as a result of reflectivity.
Has excellent resistance to ponded water on flat roofs, upper level carparks etc.
Is specially formulated to have superior adhesion to, and to provide long- long-lasting effective protection on sprayed polyurethane foam and to have good early water washout resistance.

Is an effective economical two part cementicious coating for waterproofing the positive or negative side of reinforced structural concrete walls and the positive side only of reinforced structural concrete block walls.
Is suitable for the inside (positive side) of concrete and concrete block water tanks as well as the inside (negative side) of concrete basement walls and below-ground carparks to a below-ground.
Has been especially formulated with flexibility and will accept a degree of building movement and bridge hairline surface cracks. Major cracks should be repaired with a compatible material prior to coating with Dampseal HP.
Can be used on slightly damp concrete (not saturated) as a priming system for subsequent AVS coatings, which require a dry surface. Refer to "Coverage" section and confirm with our "Surface Coatings" Division.
